The Challenge
Getting everything right before the doors opened.
Gear Garage was opening a new ski and bike rental shop in Coeur d'Alene. They had a physical location but needed operations working from day one. No time to build systems, realize they don't work, then fix them later. The challenge was rental management, online sales, physical shop integration, and customer flow all at once, working seamlessly before winter season hit. Most new retail businesses bolt systems together as they go and deal with the chaos later. That wasn't an option here.

Website, rental software, point-of-sale system, and physical shop workflow all connected. Customers reserve bikes and skis online and the shop sees incoming reservations automatically. Online sales flow directly into the shop's inventory through LightSpeed integration. What sells online updates in-store. What's rented shows as unavailable. One source of truth.
Built to Change With the Seasons
Seasonal operations switch between winter ski and summer bike inventory without rebuilding anything. The site and backend update together. Adding new product lines, changing pricing, updating rental availability all managed through a clean content dashboard without touching code.
