Somebody has to keep it all running.

dwellTEK is Jason Buscema and a small team in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We learn how a business actually runs, build the website, marketing, and software it needs, and stay responsible for them afterward.

Talk Through Your Project

We don't disappear after launch.

Hosting, compliance, updates, and growing the systems as the business grows. The work doesn't stop when the site goes live, which is why the relationships tend to outlast the projects.

  1. 10+ years A global telecom client, across 33 countries and seven languages
  2. 4 years Sting Soccer Club, rebuilt twice and now on managed infrastructure

How we work.

  • We learn the business before we recommend anything

Before anything gets proposed we learn how the business and its industry actually work: how buyers decide, where the work slows down, where the money comes from, and what already works.

  • Sometimes the answer is a fix, not a rebuild

Sometimes that's a custom build. Sometimes it's fixing the site you already have and putting it on a monthly plan so somebody is finally responsible for it. If your site only needs a few things fixed, we'll say so.

  • We work with whoever you already have

Some clients already have a marketing or branding partner, and we work alongside them. If you don't, Google Ads, SEO, and your Google Business Profile are part of our marketing work, planned together with the site.

  • From one town to 33 countries

Our clients range from a custom home builder and a holster manufacturer to a global telecom client operating in 33 countries. The approach doesn't change: learn how the business actually works, then build for that.

Jason Buscema

I've been a business owner for over 20 years. I understand what you're dealing with because I've lived it. I have a technical background, but what matters more is asking the right questions. Most business owners don't know what's actually broken until we dig into how things really work. That's where we start.

Many of the owners I work with want the same thing: time for what matters. Family, community, the things that bring them joy. A website you don't have to think about gives that time back.

I live in Coeur d'Alene with my wife and four kids. I do this work because I believe in it.
